国土空间规划设计所

国土空间规划设计所发挥四川大学的学科优势，致力于城乡规划发展研究领域产学研一体化发展，涉及区域发展规划、产业规划、城镇规划、乡村规划、旅游景观规划、历史文化保护规划等众多业务领域，在特色小城镇、易地扶贫安置、城市特色风貌、各类专项规划等方面亦有较强的实力。

本所拥有一支极富团队凝聚力、创造力、战斗力的高层次规划人才队伍，以创新的规划理念、人性化的管理模式、规范的生产流程开展城乡规划工作，积极探索“多规合一”、城乡发展及建设新规划类型的研究，项目涉及四川省、云南省、贵州省、新疆、西藏等地，高质量完成了习近平总书记亲笔回信的山南市隆子县玉麦乡边境小康示范村村庄规划，完成了藏中南雅江生态经济带江北新区建设总体规划等一系列重大区域发展规划，参与并完成了全国第二批城市设计试点地区城市设计规划等重要规划项目。

The Urban-Rural Planning Institute gives full play to Sichuan University’s subject advantages and devotes itself to the industry-university-research integration development in the field of urban and rural planning. It covers fields such as regional development planning, industrial planning, city and town planning, rural planning, tourism and landscape planning, historical and cultural protection planning and many other business areas. It also has strengths in planning small towns with special characteristics, poverty alleviation and resettlement, urban views and different kinds of special planning.

Our institute has a team of high-level planning talents with great team cohesion, creativity and effectiveness, which carries out urban and rural planning work with innovative planning concepts, humanized management models and standardized production processes. They also actively explore "combination of multiple regulations", urban and rural development and researches on construction of new types. The project involved Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Xinjiang, Tibet and other areas, completing the plan on a model village in the border of Yumai Township in Longzi County, Shannan City, which General Secretary Xi Jinping wrote a letter to respond. The plan has completed a series of major regional development plans such as the master plan for the construction of the Jiangbei New District in the ecological economic belt of the South China Sea, and it also completed important planning projects such as the urban design and planning of the second batch of urban design pilot regions in the country.
